How long does shipping take?

Delivery Info:

Laurial Blanche's shipping is currently only to consumers throughout Australia, using Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number the same day of purchase (business days only)

Standard Shipping:


As we are based in Sydney, standard shipping for consumers located in Sydney takes approximately 1-3 business days. Customers located in outer states of Sydney will expect their delivery in 2-4 business days.


Express Shipping:


As we are based in Sydney, express shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days for consumers located in Sydney. Customers located in outer states will expect their delivery in 1-3 business days.

What materials are used in Laurial Blanche candles?

At Laurial Blanche we are committed to using only the finest materials to craft our premium candles. Our candles contain 100% natural soy wax, ensuring a clean and sustainable burn that is free from harmful chemicals. We use eco-friendly, high-quality fragrances from Australia that are carefully chosen for their rich, long lasting scents. Our natural cotton wicks provide a steady, even burn and we use non-toxic, plant-based dyes to add subtle colour that reflects each scent. Each material is selected with care to enhance your experience and offer purity to every burn.

Where are your candles made?

Laurial Blanche is located in Sydney, Australia. Our experienced and passionate team of candle-makers handcrafts our products in our dedicated Candle Studio. The studio is designed to ensure the highest standards in craftsmanship and product quality, with a focus on artistry, precision, refinement and diversity amongst luxury scents.

How long do the candles last?

The time is dependent upon the size of your candle -
Regular burn time: 50-60 hours
Large burn time: 80-90 hours
Extra large burn time: 105-115 hours

Can I safely use my credit card on your website?

Yes, we use Shopify payments and PayPal to accept orders. These two payment processors offer secure, encrypted payment processing. These trusted platforms comply with the highest security standards, ensuring that your personal and financial information remains protected at all times.

I haven't received my confirmation email?

Once you've placed your order you'll quickly receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. It may happen that your confirmation email is automatically filed in your 'Spam' folder.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us via our contact form and we will send you another confirmation email.

Can I return/refund my order?

We want you to be wholeheartedly satisfied with your purchase from Laurial Blanche. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30 day return policy for unopened and unused items. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll assist you with the return process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offers refunds on candles that have been opened or used due to hygience and saftey reasons. If you have any further issues, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to adhere to your concerns.

Do you offer promotions or discounts?

Yes, we send out regular promotions and discounts to our email subscribers. Head to our home page to sign-up now.

Do you sell physically?

Yes, we sell at markets throughout the entirety of Sydney. We will inform email subscribers of upcoming events and locations so you can find us in person and experience our candles first hand. Be sure to sign-up via on our home page to stay updated on where we'll be next!

What can I do if my candle is burning unevenly?

If your candle is burning unevenly, there are a few simple steps you can take to correct the issue. First, ensure that the wick is properly trimmed to about 1/4 inch before each use to promote an even burn. If the candle is still burning unevenly, allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the top surface, which may take 2-4 hours depending on the size of the candle. If you notice tunneling (wax melting only around the wick), gently break off the excess wax along the sides to help the wax pool evenly. Additionally, ensure your candle is placed on a level surface away from drafts, as air movement can cause uneven burning. Following these simple tips will help you get the most out of your Laurial Blanche candle, ensuring a smooth and even burn every time.

How are your candles packaged?

At Laurial Blanche we take great care in packaging candles to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully at your doorstep. Each candle is packaged attentively in a sturdy white singular box that is perfect for its specific size (i.e. regular, large, extra large). Inside, a secure base positions the candle in place, preventing any movement during transit. To further protect your candle, we use eco-friendly kraft paper for added stability and cushioning during the delivery process, ensuring your purchase arrives in pristine condition.

Do you offer bulk catering for special events?

Yes, starting in 2025, Laurial Blanche will offer bulk luxury candle options for a variety of special events including Weddings, Corporate Functions, ANZAC Day Memorials, religious ceramonies, milestone celebrations and more. These bespoke candles will be available in custom quantities and designs to suit the unique needs of your event, offering a luxurious and personalised touch to any occasion.
