Return & Refund Policy

At Laurial Blanche, we are committed to delivering candles of the highest quality, crafted with precision and care to meet your highest expectations. As perfectionists, we ensure every product undergoes rigorous inspection prior to leaving our Candle Studio to guarentee that it arrives in pristine condition. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or refund may be necessary.

Eligibility

- Unopened & Unused Items Only

The candle must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. This ensures the integrity of the product for future use.

- Timeframe for Return

You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this window are eligible for acceptance

- Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (via receipt or order confirmation) must be provided when initiating a return or refund

- Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refund offers for candles that have been lit, partially used or removed from their original packaging due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Refund or Return

- Contact Us First

Reach out to our customer service team via the button below, provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return/refund and the reason for your request.

- Inspection Upon Return

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refund Processing

Approval refunds will be process within 5-7 business days and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product or packaging (more than one photo). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
